Directions
1) ARRIVING BY PLANE From AMSTERDAM SCHIPHOL AIRPORT

Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is the Netherlands' main airport and the airport closest to the city of Amsterdam. It is located 18 km southwest of the city.
To get to Amsterdam Centraal, the fastest and cheapest option is by train. After collecting your bags, follow the signs from the arrivals hall to Schiphol Plaza, where you can buy your train tickets from one of the many yellow ticket machines or at the ticket office.
TRAIN
Schiphol Airport train station is located directly below the airport. It takes just a few minutes to walk from the arrival halls to Schiphol Plaza. From there, escalators and lifts descend to the platforms. If you take the train, also check below for detailed walking instructions.
Don't forget to buy your tickets before boarding the train. One-way tickets cost EUR 4.90 (2nd class) or EUR 8.33 (1st class) per person. Do not buy return tickets unless you plan to return to the airport on the same day. Before boarding the train, check in by holding your train ticket against one of the yellow check-in posts. To leave the train station in Amsterdam, you have to hold the same ticket against the scanner, after which the gates will open.
The train ride from the airport to Amsterdam Central Station takes about 15-20 minutes. More information at: https: //www.schiphol.nl/en/page/by-train-from-schiphol/
TAXI
If you want to take a taxi, there is a taxi rank outside the airport. Go to the taxi rank in front of Schiphol Plaza. You'll find cars and larger vans, which are ideal for group travellers. Official taxis in the Netherlands have a meter price and most drivers speak good English. A ride to the centre of Amsterdam costs around EUR 60. You can also use UBER. You can also use UBER or BOLT (prices vary).

3) ARRIVING BY CAR
Parkeren op straat in Amsterdam is erg moeilijk en duur. Het kost EUR 7,50 per hours to park your car on the street in the historic centre, including parking in front of the house (24/7).
THE MOST CONVENIENT OPTION is to park your car in the Q-Park Nieuwendijk car park, which is just a few metres' walk from our property. You can also park in Q-Park Amsterdam Centraal, about an 8-minute walk away.
Check https://www.q-park.nl/en-gb/ for the options and exact rates.
THE GOOD OPTION is to park your car just outside the centre in one of the many P+R (Park & Ride) for EUR 6.00 per 24 hours (if you drive in after 10am). We recommend P+R ArenA, P+R Sloterdijk, P&R Boven 't Y or P&R Zeeburg - all of which are well connected by public transport to Amsterdam Central Station.
